I really want to say I love it, but my experiences in Dunkin Donuts are always unpleasant ... burn coffee, misplaces orders, cold sandwich ... and ok Doughnuts ...
Five star experience this morning at the drive-thru. Efficient service, and my interaction with Donovan at the window was a nice way to start the day!
Great service hot food and the Best Coffee
Awful. Worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been in. They are lazy and very poor customer service. Donuts were old and hard and they told us at 6pm they couldn't make us food because they were cleaning the stoves. They close at 10pm.
They close at 9 pm on Sundays but advertise on Google as being open until 10pm everyday. I drove 30 minutes to have missed them being open by 20 minutes. Not being hateful, just wanted to share so no one else feels as disappointed as I do right now
