Recently my husband and I started looking for a Ford F-150. We are down sizing to a one vehicle couple and decided to come to King Ford in the Valley. We have bought vehicles from Mr. Hennon King before and had always been pleased with the service and personnel. Friday night I looked at their web page and made an appointment with John Martin for Saturday morning. John Martin is definitely an asset to King Ford. John worked with us and found the truck we had asked for and that afternoon I had to clean out my Kia, my husband asked me why I had not done that before we left home. I told him I didn’t know if we would make a deal Saturday but he said he knew we would.
Not so at King Auto Center. If any ladies are reading this review, I strongly urge you to visit this dealership and you will feel respected and will walk away ( or drive away) Lol, with the vehicle you really wanted and have a fair deal. No buyers remorse here, that’s for sure.

I absolutely love King Auto Center. I bought from them 3 years ago and again today. I had a different salesman, John Martin and yet I didn’t feel like I had to start all over to build my relationship to make new car buying a long drawn out process. I was treated with respect and courtesy every step of the way no matter who I interacted with. I am new to the south and for five years I have gotten the treatment of “little lady, where is your husband? Or this statement really pushed me over the edge and out of that particular dealership, “ honey, why don’t you go home and ask your husband what he thinks”.
I would highly recommend King Ford Valley Al. and a young salesman by the name John Martin.
