We have stayed at many different Quality Inns from NC Up north and Florida and I always enjoyed the stay This was not so enjoyable.I had googled and found it on line so I called and the lady told me not to worry about booking a room she has 18 king non smoking available so I decided to call back because the place I had stayed the night before which was right up the next exit was sold out so I called the lady back she took my info when we got there she was sitting in lobby which explain clearly why she didn’t want to make my reservation a hour earlier when we are checking in she said the system was showing the room wasn’t clean it was 7:30 pm so she checks something else tell us 1/2 is showing clean the other 1/2 is not clean gave us key told us if we had a problem with the room let her know going into the room the privacy tag was in the floor room looked clean had wood floor furniture was sitting as if someone had moved to clean and not put back elevator had red dirt in it when checking in and checking out I feel that the place could have been cleaner
Great Satisfaction. My husband and I stayed here visiting his parents in Lanett. The beds were extremely comfortable and so does the pillows. I asked front desk if we can buy pillows, the lady at front desk didn't took that quite seriously. Overall it was clean and comfortable stay. we have been staying here since it was other brand earlier.
Great Hotel right off I-85 as you enter Alabama. I was travelling home to Texas for holidays. I started from NC and wanted some place to sleep. I pulled over to this hotel to find everything amazing. The clerk who checked me out informed me that everything was new as they just change their name to Quality Inn. I highly recommend this place.
"Quality" Use to be Red Roof. Very reasonable priced hotel off I-85. Stayed at this place several times over the years during Auburn Football games. This time around i was surprised with name change and i am glad it brought other changes along Ie: Free Hot Breakfast and Comfortable bedding with Large and clean rooms.
Nice hotel with breakfast included. Mattress were very comfortable and location right off I-85.
