I ordered a chili dog and it wasn't that good to me, the fries were the small shoestring fries they were ok. If I come back I will order the steakburger which taste better. Service was good, the place was clean and quite!
The food was not as hot as i would have liked it to be. They also need to work on their birthday giveaways.
Always enjoy this place. It isn't the cheapest fast food but definitely the best.
Drove all the way home to see i had Cold fries. Paid extra for things i did not receive. Bread was not toasted. Thanks to my persistance on complaining and the manager on duty i returned my food and was given a full refund and told i could keep the drinks. I wont be going back but i wont give them a 1 star review thanks to the manager on duty at the time.
The french fries for all four of my family members were cold, dry, and burnt tasting. The chicken fingers and chicken finger sandwich were very dry. Overall poor food quality but the service staff were polite. I like Zaxby's and always had good food quality wherever I have visited. Purposely stopped at this exit off the Interstate to eat at the Zaxby's.
