walked into the store NO ONE SPOKE. Stood in front of a display for several minutes, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. An employee looked directly at me, then when to the back of the store. I proceeded to go to the register and ask for help. I patiently stood in line but I guess I was the wrong gender or because I was wearing heels...but a guy comes in behind me gets a warm welcome and the girl in the back reappears! Maybe he's a VIP. I came in with the intention of buying SEVERAL items for my son. It's ok, the guy at Footlocker enjoyed the huge commission!!!!!

A few months ago, this store was beyond horrible. No one greeted us, and everyone had attitudes. Than they changed managers and it turned around and became amazing.
